Si de la noi dar si de la alti experti de marketing din\u2026 toata lumea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si e complet adevarat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email marketing-ul<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> este arma secreta a multor giganti din online, indiferent ca vorbim de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/\">magazine online<\/a>, marketplace-uri, bloggeri, site-uri de prezentare si asa mai departe.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Face diferenta intre un magazin care obtine vanzari pic cu pic si unul care este inundat de o adevarata cascada de vanzari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau un blogger necunoscut, pentru care un comentariu de la altcineva decat familia e un miracol si un blogger abia lansat care primeste insa o multime de comentarii, distribuiri, vizibilitate si bani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, in ambele cazuri &#8211; A si B, banii sunt in lista. Insa important este sa ii cresti si sa ii culegi de acolo, nu sa ii lasi sa zaca degeaba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despre asta o sa iti vorbesc astazi. Practic, e o piata gigantica, uriasa catre care te poti adresa si la care primesti acces cu cheita magica &#8211; adresa de email a potentialului client, data de buna voie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai departe, conform SalesForce, la fiecare dolar investit in email, suma medie obtinuta este de 38 de dolari. Asta inseamna un ROI de 3800%!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desigur, nu obtii cifrele acestea daca intri cu bocancii in inbox-ul omului. Nu prea mai e nimeni atras de invitatia standard \u201cinscrie-te la newsletter sa afli noutatile\u201d &#8211; stii din start ca urmeaza o serie de email-uri mai mult sau mai putin relevante, si oricum inbox-ul tau nu e cel mai organizat loc de pe planeta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe de alta parte, daca oferi un ghid sau oferi reduceri &#8211; in cazul magazinelor online, se schimba situatia. Omul &#8211; potentialul tau client &#8211; primeste din start o resursa valoroasa de care este interesat cu adevarat, primeste informatiile pe care le cauta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau poate ii povestesti despre noi promotii, de noi finantari, noi oferte; faci evenimente, faci webinarii. Practic, creezi ocazii propice pentru ca omul sa isi dea seama ca este interesat si ca merita sa iti dea adresa lui de email. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adresa peste adresa, baza ta de date creste ca Fat-Frumos iar tu esti cat se poate de fericit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Insa apare o problema.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema ca tu, ca om de marketing sau ca proprietar de afacere, NU esti colectionar de adrese de email. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu trebuie sa vinzi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adresa de email este o data de contact a unui potential client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie tratata foarte serios. Practic, e sentimentul lui acolo pentru ca avut incredere sa iti ofere adresa de email in schimbul a ceva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si cand e vorba de sentimente, mai devreme sau mai tarziu, ele incep sa scada. Cu cat lasi adresa de email mai mult timp sa lancezeasca in baza de date, cu atat sansele ca potentialul tau client sa cumpere scad. Pentru ca va trebui sa isi aminteasca de ce a avut incredere in tine, sa isi aduca aminte ce isi dorea la momentul abonarii si asta\u2026 eh, e cam multa treaba.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Cum grabesti procesul de vanzare pe email<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repet, scopul tau este sa vinzi, nu sa colectezi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca trebuie sa grabesti procesul de vanzare exact prin activitatea de colectare a adreselor de email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si aici iti dau doua sugestii:<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h4><b>1. Te folosesti de pagina de multumire<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa ce utilizatorul ti-a lasat adresa de email, deci s-a transformat in lead in baza ta de date, poti sa ii servesti in pagina de multumire o oferta foarte relevanta, cu materialul pe care l-a descarcat sau cu oferta la care s-a inscris. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa zicem, de exemplu, ca omul ti-a oferit adresa de email pentru ca tu i-ai promis 10% reducere la haine de vara. Odata ce conversia a avut loc, nu mai astepta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza un landing page si adauga aici toate produsele de vara. Sau incearca sa reduci panica alegerii (prea multe optiuni il pot face sa renunte la cumparaturi) si prezinta-i un top 10, top 5, top 3 cele mai populare produse din oferta respectiva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prezinta-i-l imediat in pagina de thank you si asa incepi sa grabesti procesul de vanzare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu functioneaza asa &#8211; omul nu cumpara\u2026<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h4><b>2. Faci follow up cu un email de multumire si oferta la produsele respective<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu astepta prea mult in ideea ca nu vrei sa il deranjezi cu prea multe mesaje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am vazut de foarte multe ori aceeasi situatie. Omul ti-a intrat in baza de date si o sa ii trimiti saptamana viitoare un newsletter care, probabil, nu va fi cu produsele relevante pentru care si-a dat adresa de email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar nu o sa vinzi destul de mult pentru ca mesajele si comunicarea nu sunt aliniate. Ceea ce spui tu peste o saptamana nu mai e corespunzator dorintei si nevoii de acum a potentialului client. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intentia ta initiala era sa colectezi adrese de email pentru reducerile de vara, si omul chiar asta a facut insa tu acum ii trimiti oferte la papuci de toamna, la curele, la bratari si alte accesorii. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa actionezi imediat, sa bati fierul cat e cald, pentru ca atunci sansele de vanzare sunt foarte-foarte mari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa o oferta relevanta la motivul pentru care oamenii se aboneaza &#8211; si asta imediat ce iti dau adresa.
