Ai o fereastra prea scurta sau prea lunga pentru lansare<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si noi ne-am batut capul de multe ori cu problema asta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca lansarea dureaza putin, te gandesti ca nu vrei sa fii prea exagerat cu promovarea dar pe de alta parte e foarte posibil ca potentialii cumparatori nu au suficient timp la dispozitie sa cantareasca daca sa cumpere oferta sau nu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar daca lansarea dureaza mult, te gandesti ca vei plictisi oamenii si ii vei enerva pe cei care nu cumpara, asadar se vor dezabona sau iti vor lasa comentarii negative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fiecare situatie pare la fel de rea si fara iesire. Asadar, ce faci?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea e ca trebuie sa testezi. Tine cont, daca e vorba de o suma mai mare de bani, trebuie sa dai oamenilor mai mult timp de gandire. Iar pentru a evita situatia in care plictisesti baza de date, ai putea incerca sa oferi continut valoros, educational, pe langa oferta pe bani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In final, nu uita ca e imposibil sa ai in lista doar oameni pregatiti sa cumpere; si printre acestia se vor afla si unii care se supara doar de dragul de a se supara. Ai prea multe optiuni in landing page<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Landing page-ul de vanzare pentru lansarea ta e locul vital pentru intreaga campanie. Pana la urma, aici se intampla minunea &#8211; oamenii cumpara. Sau nu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea, gandeste foarte bine pagina. Ai putea fi tentat sa oferi cat mai multe optiuni pentru a te adresa unui numar cat mai mare de potentiali clienti dar\u2026 nu e cea mai buna solutie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hai sa vedem ce vreau sa zic. Cand vrei sa cumperi o cana, de exemplu, si inainte de a merge la checkout ti se cere sa alegi dimensiunea &#8211; mica, medie sau mare &#8211; ti se pare complicat?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca vrei sa cumperi un curs si ai optiunile &#8211; 6 saptamani de curs in sala, sau 6 saptamani de curs in sala + un grup premium de Facebook, sau 6 saptamani de curs in sala + un grup premium de Facebook + un bilet la un eveniment de profil? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te gandesti aici \u201coh, ok, si cum as vrea sa platesc\u201d daca poti plati suma totala, in x, y, z rate sau cine stie ce alta optiune?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E mult de gandit la optiuni, si diferite functionalitati ale fiecareia dintre ele dar si metode de plata si diferite avantaje pentru fiecare dintre ele\u2026 incat, pana la urma, cel mai usor e sa nu cumperi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca, pastreaza lucrurile simple. Nu urgentezi actiunea oamenilor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oh, urgentarea, arma preferata a marketerilor din intreaga lume. E ca sarea si piperul, n-ar trebui sa lipseasca din nicio campanie de marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, cand faci o lansare ar trebui sa le spui oamenilor de ce ar trebui sa cumpere ACUM, nu mai tarziu (pentru ca nu vor cumpara mai tarziu).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urgentarea (un timp limita) sau raritatea (cantitatea limitata) are un impact foarte puternic asupra oamenilor, iar fara sa folosesti vreuna dintre ele nu dai niciun motiv intemeiat pentru care sa cumpere acum. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pana la urma, drept vorbind, nu au un motiv foarte bun sa faca asta fara un stimul emotional care sa ii faca sa ia decizia cat mai rapid (rationamentul lor e ca ar putea sa o faca oricand altadata, si din orice alt magazin).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, limiteaza ceva: numarul de zile, dupa care pretul creste, timpul pana la care oferi un bonus sau cadou, numarul de bucati disponibile sau timpul pana cand produsul sau serviciul este retras din piata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu ai macar un element de urgentare, nu e o campanie de lansare sau o promotie. Nu insisti in ultima zi<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai citit oriunde despre procesul de lansare, cu siguranta ai observat cat se insista pe trimiterea unei atentionari in ultima zi (pe mail, postari etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu ai citit inca, o sa iti explic si de ce: foarte multi cumparatori amana decizia pana in ultimele 48-24 de ore. Lucru valabil si in offline (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valentine\u2019s Day? Craciun? Cozile la supermarket?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Suna cunoscut?).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, oameni tot amana, uita sau pur si simplu sunt distrasi de ritmul vietii de zi cu zi. Si vorbesc chiar despre cei care isi propun sigur sa cumpere, poate chiar spunandu-le celor din jur ca o sa o faca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu ii atentionezi in ultima zi, pierzi o parte din acesti cumparatori siguri. Si nu imi spune ca suntem adulti cu totii si ne amintim lucrurile acestea, pentru ca nu e adevarat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suntem niste copii mari si, emotional vorbind, oricine are ganduri si lucruri mai importante de care sa se ingrijoreze decat o lansare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iti recomand chiar sa trimiti 2 email-uri in ultima zi, unul dimineata si altul inainte de finalul campaniei. De ce?
