Iar daca esti un vetern intr-ale eCommerce-ului, cu siguranta si tie iti place sa vorbesti despre greselile pe care le-ai facut la inceput si ce ai face acum diferit daca ai fi iar acolo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru articolul de azi, am adunat 5 greseli atat din povestile antreprenorilor cu care am discutat, cat si din actiunile gresite pe care le vad datorita muncii noastre cu clientii Gomag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De cele mai multe ori, acestea sunt rezultatul unui management prost al timpului si un mod de gandire care\u2026 nu prea e orientat spre business, la drept vorbind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1. Te ingrijorezi prea mult asupra ce produse sa vinzi<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; pierzi saptamani la rand gandindu-te daca e ok sau nu sa vinzi produsele respective, fara sa testezi piata.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Te tot gandesti cum sa faci bani<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; daca doar banii sunt scopul tau, slabe sanse sa reusesti. In general in primii ani trebuie sa investesti bugete considerabile in business, inclusiv profitul pe care il castigi in acest timp. Daca vrei doar sa iei banii clientilor si in rest nu iti pasa de ei\u2026 afacerea ta n-o sa dureze prea mult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Dedici prea mult timp pentru a gasi numele si logo-ul afacerii<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; sunt detalii derizorii care de cele mai multe ori nici nu conteaza pentru clienti (in afara situatiei in care e un nume foarte greu de pronuntat sau logo-ul arata execrabil). Creeaza ceva simplu si usor de retinut si gata, treci mai departe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Lucrezi prea multe ore pe design si continut (sau lucrezi o saptamana pentru un articol pe blog)<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; oamenii vor sa foloseasca site-ul cu usurinta si sa aiba suficiente informatii astfel incat sa poata lua decizia de cumparare cu incredere. Nu ai nevoie de opere de arta sau mii de cuvinte in descrierea de produs. Mergi pe functionalitate, asigura-te ca site-ul arata ok si atat (cel putin deocamdata, la lansare; ai timp pe urma sa te ocupi de aceste detalii).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Incerci sa fie totul perfect inainte de lansare<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; nu va fi. Si doar tragi de timp. In plus, pentru ca tocmai lansezi, asta inseamna ca oamenii inca nu au interactionat cu business-ul tau. Prin urmare, chiar daca totul pare perfect pentru tine, nu inseamna ca va fi la fel si pentru ei. Respecta-ti strategia de lansare, asigura-te ca ai logistica, campania de marketing, cadrul legal si tot ce trebuie pe modul start. Vei vedea din reactiile clientilor ce poti sa imbunatesti pe parcurs, pentru a face business-ul perfect pentru ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majoritatea acestor lucruri sunt mai putin importante decat crezi dar, pentru ca te stresezi atat de mult asupra lor la inceput, te vor face sa tot amani, sa te tot gandesti si razgandesti incat pana la urma nici nu mai lansezi.<\/span><b><\/b><b><\/b><b><\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/4-greseli-de-evitat-afacere-de-succes\/\"><b>4 Greseli de evitat daca vrei O Afacere de Succes<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Pasii adevarati daca vrei sa deschizi o afacere<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, am mai spus asta si o sa tot repet \ud83d\ude42 . Tu nu iti faci un business ca sa colectezi tone de trafic in site sau sa arati lumii cat de priceput esti la design sau programare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivul e sa faci bani, oferind oamenilor solutiile de care au nevoie si pe care le vor, astfel incat tu sa ai libertatea de a te bucura de ceea ce iti doresti cu adevarat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niciuna dintre cele 5 greseli de mai sus nu te va ajuta sa faci asta. Iar faptul ca ai un produs bun, de calitate si relevant pentru nevoie oamenilor, va duce nu doar la campanii de marketing performante ci si un business de succes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar daca vrei cu adevarat asta, atunci uite care sunt pasii reali pentru o afacere profitabila pe termen lung.<\/span><b><\/b><br \/>\n<a name=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Alege o idee<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate vrei sa vinzi mobila vintage. Sau papioane. Sau sisteme de purtare pentru bebelusi. Sau orice, nu conteaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alege o idee, chiar daca ai 3 optiuni posibile la care te gandesti. E important sa faci o alegere pentru ca doar asa poti trece la pasul urmator &#8211; analiza de piata si testarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stiu cat de greu e in aceasta faza. Stai si te gandesti daca intr-adevar oamenii ar fi interesati sa cumpere ceea ce vrei sa le vinzi tu, cum o sa faci asta, in ce mod o sa ii atragi, cat sa fie pretul produselor astfel incat sa iti poti plati facturile dar nici sa nu ramai pe zero\u2026 si cate si mai cate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema e ca, deseori, ramai doar la stadiul de gandit. Si nu mai faci nimic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca fa o alegere. Vezi la ce esti bun, ce te pasioneaza si ce ti-ar placea sa vinzi. Apoi iesi \u201cin lume\u201d si intreaba oamenii, testeaza piata, vezi cum le merge celorlalti care vand aceleasi produse sau servicii.<\/span><b><\/b><br \/>\n<a name=\"2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Alege publicul tinta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum ca ti-ai ales focusul, e timpul sa te documentezi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implicit, prin caracteristicile si procesul de folosire a produselor pe care vrei sa le vinzi, ai deja un public tinta in minte. Valideaza-ti ideea in fata publicului<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gandeste-te la afacerea ta ca la una B2B. Intotdeauna conexiunile personale si testele imprastie vorba mai repede. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza-ti un grup de clienti beta, care sa isi formeze o opinie despre produsele tale, sa le incerce pentru o perioada de timp astfel incat, pe cand tu esti gata de lansare, sa ai deja la indemana toate armele de care ai nevoie pentru a convinge oameni complet necunoscuti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofera-le produsele si gratuit si spune-le ca vrei de la ei doar o parere sincera si obiectiva. Fa-ti site-ul (si incepe sa strangi adrese de email imediat)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar recent am discutat cu un client Gomag incepator care\u2026 nu prea stie cum sa inceapa. Stie ce vrea sa vanda, catre cine si vrea sa dea drumul magazinului cat mai repede. Dar nu are o idee clara ce se va intampla dupa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, frumusetea online-ului consta in usurinta cu care te poti ascunde in spatele unei pagini cu un mesaj atragator si un simplu formular de captare, ce iti aduce zeci sau chiar sute de lead-uri, in timp ce tu te concentrezi fara grija pe ceea ce ai de lucru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca fa asta. Afiseaza un landing page de precomanda sau unul in care spui cateva lucruri despre ce vei vinde si oferi oamenilor un discount sau alt magnet. In schimbul lui, le ceri adresa de email sau acceptul de a discuta pe Messenger cu ajutorul unui chatbot, cu promisiunea ca vor fi primii care se vor bucura de produsele tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seteaza o reclama pentru a atrage atentia cat mai multor lead-uri din publicul tau si lasa procesul sa isi faca treaba singur. Lanseaza<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai pus pe picioare un magazin care arata bine si functioneaza fara erori? Perfect, mergi live.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu mai astepta &#8211; sa schimbi culoarea la butoane, sa ai x, y, z produse afisate in carusel in x, y, z ordine, incadrate nu-stiu-cum. Acestea sunt detalii care doar iti mananca nervii si iti intarzie oribil de mult lansarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult, sunt amanunte care nici macar nu sunt observate de catre clienti. Pentru ca lor nu le pasa. Pentru ca tot ceea ce ii intereseaza e ca produsele tale sa se potriveasca la fix nevoilor lor si sa ii ajute sa scape de problemele cu care se confrunta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa un boom in ziua lansarii: pe paginile Social Media (pe care se presupune ca le-ai creat cu mult inainte de lansare), pe site, in reclame, pe lista de email-uri adunate (e vital sa faci asta), limiteaza durata campaniei de reduceri cu care lansezi (daca este cazul) pentru maximum o saptamana si pregateste-te pentru valul de vanzari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai muncit sa atragi oameni automat spre site dinainte de lansare, e imposibil ca acestea sa nu vina din prima zi. Ne impiedicam in chichite ce ne incetinesc ritmul si ne rapesc tot entuziasmul pe parcursul drumului. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pana la urma, cat entuziasm sa mai ai cand tot trebuie sa dai bani fara ca acestia sa fie acoperiti, cand imaginea aceea de produs pur si simplu nu se asorteaza cu produsul de langa din caruselul afisat la noutati\u2026?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repet. Nu te pierde in detalii. Concentreaza-te sa vinzi, sa ai de unde reinvesti in afacere si, pe parcurs, vei vedea cum (curios cum se intampla acelasi lucru de fiecare data) aceste amanunte nu mai par deloc importante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce zici?
