Iar acoolul ii elibereaza de inhibitii, lasand instinctele sa actioneze in voie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te-am facut curios? Hai sa vedem despre ce e vorba.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Nu e niciodata despre produs<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii nu beau pentru ca au nevoie de alcool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii beau pentru ca simt nevoia sa socializeze, sa faca timpul sa curga mai repede, sa se distreze, sa se potriveasca in gasca de prieteni, sa amorteasca sentimentele si crizele interne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beau pentru ca vor sa simta ceva &#8211; sau pentru ca nu mai vor sa simta nimic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fel se intampla si in fashion, de exemplu. Nicio femeie nu mai are nevoie de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inca <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o rochie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va cumpara inca o rochie pentru a rezolva alta problema: sa se simta importanta, sa se simta frumoasa, speciala, sa se simta confortabila sau increzatoare in sine insasi, sa se simta mai tanara sau mai sofisticata sau cine stie cum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la fel sta situatia pentru orice alt produs. In afara situatiei in care vinzi energie electrica sau mancare de baza sau haine pentru cineva care nu are nimic, nu vinzi un produs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evident, nu poti sa ii spui direct clientului ca produsul tau il va face sa simta sau sa para asa cum isi doreste, pentru ca l-ai speria. Nu ne simtim deloc comozi cand cineva din afara cercului nostru intim ne intelege atat de bine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar faptul ca tu constientizezi acest adevar, ca stii care este de fapt motivatia din spatele achizitiei, te poate ajuta sa pui altfel problema in textele de vanzare si in continut sau in discutiile cu clientii. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult, te va ajuta sa iei decizii bune pe termen lung pentru ca afacerea ta sa creasca.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Oamenii vor sa fie ghidati<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii nu se simt confortabil cand trebuie sa ia decizii sau cand trebuie sa duca greul. Asa ca au incredere in experienta ta. Cel mai important, au mai multa incredere in tine decat in ei, cand vine vorba de alegeri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La bar, aceasta intrebare poate fi frustranta pentru ca, de obicei, oamenii intreaba direct, fara ca tu sa ai un minim de informatii pe baza carora sa le oferi sfatul potrivit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa in business, ai cel putin cateva idei despre cine este clientul tau sau ce nevoi il determina sa caute produse in site (de exemplu, daca vinzi produse pentru copii, iti dai seama dupa cautari despre ce interval de varsta este interesat, daca are fetita sau baiat, sezonalitate etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online, stii si mai multe despre clientul tau pe baza istoricului lui, a locului de unde vine, comportamentul in site etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent in ce nisa, oamenilor le place sa primeasca recomandari, direct sau indirect.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Oamenii vor sa stie ce fac ceilalti<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCe isi comanda altii?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, cea mai populara bautara intr-un bar este servita in marea majoritate a timpului. Chiar daca oamenii nu stiu din start ca aceasta e cea mai populara, in momentul in care o vor vedea pe alte mese, instinctiv, o vor dori si ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce inseamna asta pentru tine? Creeaza-ti cele mai populare produse (chiar daca asta nu inseamna ca sunt, intr-adevar, cele mai cumparate; mai ales daca esti la inceput). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specifica in site ca produsele respective sunt dorite, populare si, automat, vei crea mai multa dorinta pentru ele in randul publicului tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dovada sociala e un lucru foarte puternic. Consecventa vs Noutate<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenilor le place sa fie consecventi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le place sa creada ca <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ei <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sunt consecventi &#8211; vor tine sa urmeze traditiile chiar daca nu mai cred in ele tocmai pentru a demonstra asta &#8211; si isi doresc consistenta in viata. Pentru ca asta le da sentimentul de control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti sa iti dai seama usor cand intra cineva nou in bar. Au intotdeauna o privire ca si cum n-au mai iesit vreodata in public pana atunci si tocmai le-a ajuns la nas un miros ciudat. De obicei nu aud salutul barmanului, nu stiu unde sa se aseze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se uita in meniu confuzi si isi trec privirea peste sticlele de pe bar si perete, cautand nici ei nu stiu ce. Sunt pierduti, dezorientati si clar au nevoie de o mana de ajutor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa se comporta si atunci cand ajung prima data pe site-ul tau &#8211; dezorientati si confuzi, incearca sa gaseasca un sens, ceva familiar in navigatie si paginile site-ului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca oamenii incearca sa creeze un raport cu tine. Si cu ei insisi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intre ei si cei de-ai casei e diferenta de la cer la pamant. Acestia din urma sunt siguri pe ei, zambitori. Intra in bar ca si cum ar intra in propria casa si stiu precis unde vor sa stea. Stiu unde e baia. Stiu cum te numesti. Si, cel mai important, stiu precis ce vor sa comande, chiar daca e ceva diferit fata de ceea ce au comandat data trecuta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cumva, bautura lor e o extensie a personalitatii lor, a felului in care se simt si a nevoilor lor, si e important pentru ei ca aceste 2 elemente sa fie constante.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Dar ce se intampla cand le oferi ceva nou?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent ce pui in fata oamenilor, le va placea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca e ceva nou, implicit apare intrebarea \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ceilalti au gustat si le-a placut?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e ceva nou ce faceti voi si de care ar trebui sa profit?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d. Oamenii comanda iar daca se afla printre norocosi, primesc ce au comandat cu 100% discount.
