Scoate in evidenta butonul de trimitere a comenzii<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stii care este cel mai important element al paginii tale de finalizare comanda?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Butonul de trimitere a comenzii. Fii 100% transparent asupra costurilor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stii care este de cele mai multe ori motivul pentru care oamenii renunta la continutul cosului? Costurile suplimentare in ultimele pagini ale comenzii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca fii transparent si detaliaza din start care sunt costurile aditionale pentru transport, ambalare sau manipulare a produselor. Permite oamenilor sa finalizeze comanda fara cont<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unii nu vor sa isi faca un cont pentru ca se grabesc sau nu vor sa isi inregistreze datele personale. De cele mai multe ori pur si simplu nu au chef sa isi creeze unul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ii obligi sa se inregistreze pentru a completa comanda, nu te mira sa vezi o rata mare de abandon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum schimbi situatia? Include un rezumat al comenzii, inclusiv miniatura de produs<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii sunt uituci. Si atunci apare ingrijorarea: oare am ales exact produsul de care am nevoie? Foloseste un exit-popup pentru cei care vor sa iasa fara sa finalizeze<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientii tai au obiceiul prost de a disparea chiar inainte sa iti trimita comanda?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce-ai spune daca ti-as arata ca exista o solutie care sa-i intoarca din drum macar pe o parte din acestia? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popup-urile la intentia de parasire a site-ului pot da un impuls oamenilor sa revina asupra deciziei lor de a abandona comanda, mai ales daca includ o oferta buna. Acestea sunt declansate cand cursorul se misca spre butonul de iesire din browser sau fila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce functioneaza? Afiseaza vizibil datele de contact si live chat<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un alt motiv pentru abandonul cosului e ca oamenii nu au suficiente informatii sau au nelamuriri sau intrebari si nu au nicio optiune prin care te contacteze pentru a afla raspunsuri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea numarul de telefon de suport este obligatoriu de afisat in toate paginile din site, in primul ecran, si in special in pagina de finalizare comanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe langa numarul de telefon ofera si optiunea de live chat, pentru a castiga increderea utilizatorilor si a-i asigura ca exista cineva care este dispus si stie sa le raspunda la intrebari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pont! Nu doar ca e o metoda buna sa cresti conversiile dar prin live chat poti descoperi cele mai frecvente intrebari, nelamuriri si situatii iar pe baza lor poti completa site-ul in punctele vitale, astfel incat sa simplifici viitoarele comenzi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>9. Ofera multiple optiuni de plata<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, la prima achizitie intr-un magazin, oamenii sunt sceptici sa plateasca folosind cardul. Dar nu doar din aceasta cauza cele mai multe comenzi in Romania sunt platite ramburs.
