Faci marketing pentru a-ti creste business-ul. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar pentru a-ti valida obiectivul, pentru a-ti da seama ca esti pe drumul cel bun si iti cresti business-ul cu rezultate palpabile, performante, ai nevoie sa iti setezi niste KPI-uri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2. Cea mai mare greseala in stabilirea si monitorizarea KPI-urilor\u2026 e lipsa acestora <\/b>in business-ul tau. \u201cDaca segmentezi tot funnel-ul, in cat mai multi pasi, te ajuta sa identifici foarte usor unde se gatuie procesul. Acela este locul unde poti sa intervii cu minimum de efort si maximum de eficienta\u201d. Iar acest lucru iti permite sa iti optimizezi toate procesele, pentru a obtine rezultatele pe care le vizezi.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Foarte multa lume se gandeste ca marketing-ul inseamna 99% a aduce noi clienti. Nu este corect.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> De foarte multe ori costul de achizitie al noilor clienti ajunge sa fie mult mai mare decat campaniile de fidelizare foarte smart facute, in care cresti durata de viata a clientului ca si client al tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4. Ce sa faci daca vrei sa iti cresti afacerea, in relatia ta cu clientii? Sa fii personal. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In epoca in care toata lumea este prezenta pe Social Media, tu trebuie sa fii foarte uman pe retelele sociale. Pentru ca brandurile sunt intruzive pe acestea si vor fi percepute intotdeauna ca atare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5. Orice canal sau strategie de marketing alegi, trebuie sa setezi niste KPI-uri. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fie ca te intereseaza lead-urile pe marketing, pe vanzari, sau reach si engagement pe Social Media sau marketing afiliat si modul in care ti-a influentat vanzarile \/ eficientizarea lor &#8211; fiecare KPI va necesita resurse, timp, atentie, tool-uri. Si aici intervin posibilitatile tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idee e sa segmentezi cat poti, de la faza de creare a produsului pana la prelungirea duratei de viata a clientului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6. \u201c<b>E misto sa ne comparam ianuarie cu decembrie, dar nu ne va fi relevant<\/b>. Atentie cand masori perioade, sa ai cam aceleasi miscari. E mult mai corect sa compari decembrie anul acesta cu decembrie anul trecut, decat decembrie anul asta cu ianuarie care urmeaza.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. \u201c<\/span><b>Daca ai facut actiuni in luna decembrie si tu esti multumit de rezultate, fa-le in continuare, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si in decembrie anul asta. Ce faci in plus, aia trebuie sa iti aduca vanzari in plus. Nu renunta la lucruri care au functionat.
