Ofera un discount pentru produsele de sezon<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E putin probabil sa ai in site doar produse potrivite pentru un anumit sezon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca par asa (ex. fire pit-uri sau gratare) poti adauga produse complementare care sa se vanda si in alte sezoane (ex. accesorii pentru semineu, suporturi pentru lumanari etc.) sau sa oferi tutoriale pentru ingrijirea produselor in extra-sezon &#8211; pozitionandu-te ca o autoritate in piata pe subiectul respectiv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca sa atragi atentia oamenilor ce, oricum nu stau in general cu gandul la tine iar in sezonul mort nici atat, fa promotii si discount-uri la produsele ce au logica in sezon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum le gasesti? Pe langa trenduri &#8211; pe care ar trebui sa le urmaresti, verifica-ti propriile rapoarte din Analytics pentru cele mai cautate produse (atat pana acum in acest an, cat si in anii anteriori in aceasta perioada).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigur, poti sa mergi si pe ideea \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">omul destept isi face iarna car si vara sanie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, sa vezi daca poti trezi senzatiile potrivite si sa determini oamenii sa cumpere din timp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa nu e obligatoriu ca oamenii vor si cumpara (se gandesc ca au nevoie de spatiu de depozitare, ingrijirea sau mentenanta produselor pana ce le folosesc &#8211; ex. daca iti iei boots sau placa din vara, nu e ok sa le lasi la soare iar placa trebuie ceruita si cere ceva spatiu).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testeaza lumea in lunile slabe si cu oferte sau lansari pentru produse noi sau produse in editie limitata si insista pe urgentare &#8211; nu lasa promotiile sa mearga continuu. Consolideaza-ti pozitia in piata<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stii cum e, in lunile pline nici nu ai ocazia sa iti mai tragi sufletul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prins intre gestionarea comenzilor, rularea campaniilor de marketing, discutiile cu furnizorii, clientii si rezolvarea problemelor, e greu sa gasesti timpul necesar pentru a cimenta ceea ce construiesti cu fiecare client in parte: o relatie si o pozitie buna in fata lui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca profita de lunile slabe pentru a-ti consolida pozitia in piata, autoritatea si imaginea publica in fata clientilor \/ stakeholderilor:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vino cu informatii noi pe blogul de companie<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raspunde la intrebarile si comentariile oamenilor &#8211; inclusiv pe grupurile de profil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizeaza evenimente sau webinarii (poti si cu Facebook Live) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participa la evenimente din nisa ta, unde sa te intalnesti cu oameni interesati de industria ta si ceea ce vinzi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sprijina echipe sau ONG-uri locale<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auditeaza-ti site-ul si vezi ce poti imbunatati, pentru o experienta mai buna a clientilor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testeaza adaugarea de produse noi \/ limitate, dintre sugestiile clientilor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trimite mail-uri sau suna-ti clientii, chiar daca a trecut ceva timp de cand au cumparat. Intreaba-i daca sunt multumiti de cum functioneaza produsul, daca au nevoie de ceva, daca au vreo sugestie pentru tine &#8211; mobilizeaza-ti si oamenii din echipa sa fie proactivi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sarbatoreste-ti clientii. Fa parteneriate<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parteneriatele functioneaza atat pentru a-ti consolida pozitia pe piata, cat si pentru a ajunge la un public mai mare, doritor sa cumpere si in ceea ce &#8211; in mod normal pentru tine &#8211; e un sezon mort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colaborarea poate fi cu un jucator din nisa ta (ex. servicii de tiparire in colaborare cu fotografi), cineva dintr-o nisa apropiata (de exemplu, genti de voiaj in colaborare cu o agentie de turism), cu ONG-uri (la fiecare achizitie se doneaza x lei) sau cu firme \/ echipe \/ personalitate locala (daca ai o afacere locala).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, prin parteneriat va ajutati reciproc, cresteti imaginea si numele ambelor parti implicate si ajungeti fiecare la publicul celuilalt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incearca sa gasesti parteneri ori pe o perioada foarte scurta (de ex. pentru un eveniment), fie pe termen lung. Pentru ca acest tip de imagini cresc dorinta pentru produs. Cum?
