Conform studiilor Gigya si Badgeville, gamification creste engagement-ul utilizatorilor cu 48% si rata de conversie cu pana la 30%. Pe piata eCommerce din Romania, evaluata la 8 miliarde EUR in 2026, magazinele care implementeaza elemente de gamification raporteaza o crestere medie a valorii cosului cu 22%.
