Creste-ti CTR-ul cu 20-30% folosind emoji<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai grija ca emoticoanele sa fie relevante in mesajul pe care il transmiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu folosi prea multe emoticoane pentru a nu deruta utilizatorii: daca ai mai mult de 5 emoticoane, deja mesajul devine greu de descifrat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evita sa complici prea tare mesajul sau sa comunici doar in emojis. Altfel, cu cat faci oamenii sa gandeasca mai mult, cu atat ii indepartezi mai tare.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incearca sa vezi si din alta perspectiva: daca mesajul tau si emoticoanele ar putea fi interpretate altfel decat doresti tu sau ar jigni \/ ofensa pe cineva, renunta la idee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verifica orice emoticon nou folosit, s-ar putea sa insemne altceva decat ceea ce crezi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste ultima tehnologie disponibila pe piata pentru a ajunge la clienti: fie ca este vorba de Instagram, Snapchat etc. Inainte de toate, trebuie sa identifici care este cea mai utilizata retea de catre public, si apoi sa te promovezi prin emoji marketing pe aceasta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gandeste mobile mai intai. Sa nu uitam ca un procent important de vizite si conversii au loc de pe dispozitivele mobile. Califica lead-urile, nu le aduna doar<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ultimele 6 luni am facut mai multe teste pe diverse magazine online, cu precadere clienti Gomag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si am vazut ca multi cer adresa de email a utilizatorilor, fie printr-un pop-up, fie printr-o casuta de abonare afisata in partea de jos a site-urilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pana aici toate bune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca am inceput sa ne abonam la aceste magazine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce? Sa vedem ce fel de continut trimit, daca au un mail sau o secventa de bun venit, ce oferte promoveaza, materialele creative folosite, landing page-ul de campanie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concluzia? Nu-i prea buna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Putine magazine au mesaje complete de bun venit, pe langa mesajul standard ca mail-ul a fost adaugat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau nu trimit deloc mail-uri.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau trimit mail-uri odata pe luna. Aici te diferentiezi prin propunerea ta de valoare unica, prin materiale ce castiga incredere (studii de caz, recenzii, dovezi sociale) si beneficii pentru consumator.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Achizitie<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul achizitiei, treaba ta este sa ii asiguri clientului o experienta constanta si pasi usor de parcurs pentru finalizarea comenzii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Suport<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa achizitie, clientul trebuie sa stie ca tu esti in continuare disponibil sa il ajuti cu servicii de suport usor de accesat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate fi vorba de faptul ca nu e sigur cum sa iti foloseasca produsul sau are nevoie de servisarea acestuia la un moment dat, retur, garantii, are intrebari etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Loializare<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientii apreciaza programele de fidelitate si cadourile din partea brandurilor &#8211; ceea ce ii poate face sa devina loiali magazinului tau, sa cumpere mai mult, mai rapid si mai des.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Sustinere<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, in aceasta faza, clientul este atat de multumit de produsele si serviciile tale incat te recomanda celor din jur. Poti sa stimulezi acest comportament oferindu-le beneficii speciale, vouchere, sanse de castig, puncte de fidelitate in plus, cadouri etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum e momentul sa vezi si tu care este ciclul de engagement al clientilor tai (de ex. unele tipuri de afaceri au ciclul mai lung sau mai scurt) si in ce faza se afla utilizatorii care intra in site-ul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pregateste continut si mesaje de marketing pentru fiecare stadiu, mai ales daca acum ai o perioada mai slaba in vanzari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Buun.
