In realitate, perioada iunie-august genereaza 20-25% din veniturile anuale ale magazinelor online din Romania, mai ales in nise precum fashion, cosmetice, outdoor, turism si produse pentru copii. Nu incerca sa fii cea mai desteapta persoana de pe internet\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altfel spus, nu iti intoxica audienta cu dioxid de jargon. Cu termeni tehnici sau exprimari prea complicate pentru a avea un sens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general acest pacat capital este facut de corporatii dar si de firmele mai mici care cred ca daca folosesc termeni abstracti si cuvinte mari, vor castiga mai usor increderea oamenilor,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar e gresit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca termenii respctivi nu sunt intelesi. Iar cand oamenii nu inteleg ceva, n-au incredere. Fara incredere, adio vanzari. Fara vanzari, adio afacere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, cum poti evita jargonul si impulsul de a vorbi \u201cdomneste\u201d (cum se zice pe la noi):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Explica si scrie totul ca pentru un copil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; nu i-ai spune copilului tau ca vrei sa ii oferi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solutia perfecta in conditii de maxim profesionalism<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nu-i asa?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Intreaba, abia apoi incepe sa vorbesti <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; orice discutie cu clientii, indiferent ca fata in fata, la telefon, pe mail, prin comentarii si asa mai departe, e o mina de aur pentru tine. Pentru ca asa poti vedea ce cuvinte foloseste, cum se exprima, sentimentul pe care ti-l transmite mesajul lui. Fa un document cu cuvintele lui si foloseste-te de asta pentru a crea texte pe care sigur le va intelege.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Abordeaza-ti clientii <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; foloseste un exit pop-up pentru a le pune intrebari, fa sondaje pe Facebook si in grupuri, trimite-le un email. Oricum nici nu-l intereseaza. Dar daca as face acelasi lucru la un eveniment de marketing sau un MeetUp, lumea m-ar intelege. Exact la asta trebuie sa te gandesti si tu cand vrei sa folosesti termeni tehnici. Redu riscurile din mintea clientilor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDaca nu o sa functioneze bine si raman cu el pe cap?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E prea scump, sigur gasesc ceva mai ieftin in alta parte\u2026 si dupa sa vezi ce naspa o sa ma simt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, e un pret bun, dar pe bune daca stau sa platesc si transportul mai bine il cumpar de la mall<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca dau banii degeaba?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce fac daca nu imi place, tot eu platesc \/ o sa dureze o vesnicie sa il returnez \/ imi primesc banii inapoi?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N-am intrat niciodata pe site-ul asta, sigur e safe sa cumpar?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toate acestea sunt potentiale intrebari in mintea clientului, inainte ca acesta sa adauge produsul in cos sau inaintea formularului de checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crede-ma, nu vrei sa nu ai pregatit un raspuns multumitor pentru ele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Cum reduci obiectiile si riscurile din mintea clientului?<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ofera asigurari pentru obiectiile comune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; daca ii e teama ca ramane cu produsul pe cap, afiseaza-ti mai vizibil politica de retur, chiar cu o perioada extinsa de retur. Daca e problema de costul transportului, negociaza costuri mai bune cu furnizorul tau sau ofera ceva in plus, care sa ii distraga atentia de la cost (de ex. un cadou). Sa ai intotdeauna o secventa de onboarding<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce e o secventa de onboarding? Am mai discutat despre asta si, daca te-ai abonat la blogul nostru, ai trecut chiar tu prin una.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, onboarding-ul reprezinta o serie de mesaje pe care le primeste un nou utilizator si care sunt menite sa il familiarizeze cu business-ul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate fi o serie de mail-uri de bun venit, uite ce facem, uite cele mai bune lucruri la noi, CTA spre produs \/ serviciu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar poate fi si o serie de pasi pe care sa ii parcurga la inceput &#8211; de exemplu cand intra intr-o retea noua de socializare, cand incearca un SaaS etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum te poate ajuta pe tine, ca magazin online, o secventa de onboarding?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate califica proaspatul lead si sa il pregateasca pentru cumparare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite ce poti face:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Incepe cu bun venit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; indiferent daca omul a intrat in baza prin casuta de abonare sau prin faptul ca a cumparat un produs, trimite-i si un email de bun venit, personalizat. Aici spune-i cine esti, ce face firma ta, cine e echipa, cu ce il poti ajuta si il poti invita sa te contacteze sau sa intre in programul tau de fidelizare.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Educa abonatul \/ clientul <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; trimite-i articolele din blogul tau, detalii despre produsele tale, anunta-l ca ii pregatesti ceva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fa un soft sell<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; ofera-i posibilitatea sa iti cumpere un produs mai ieftin sau produse complementare cu ce a cumparat initial, un pachet premium pentru abonati sau clienti etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fa un hard sell<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; conditioneaza oferta sau voucher-ul trimis, cu stoc sau timp limitat. Daca omul simte nevoia, va profita de ocazie. Colaboreaza cu influenceri<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fel ca multe alte lucruri, influencer marketing-ul este un subiect sensibil cand vine vorba de vanzari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca nu putine sunt cazurile in care desi s-au investit resurse serioase in campanie, aceasta colaborare nu a adus rezultate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau, in orice caz, nu rezultate banesti. Si de asta ai nevoie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea esentiala e sa intelegi ca influencerii nu iti vor aduce intotdeauna vanzari. Fii alaturi de clientii tai chiar si cand nu se afla pe site\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acesta e o tactica din ce in ce mai cunoscuta printre marketeri si firme, si poate lua muulte forme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, poti fi alaturi de clientii tai atunci cand alearga, cand conduc, cand isi pun copiii la culcare, in drum spre birou sau oriunde altundeva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum? Printr-un playlist pe Spotify sau SoundCloud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau printr-un podcast. De exemplu, daca vinzi produse bio, poti face un podcast dedicat sfaturilor sau stirilor pentru cei interesati de acest subiect. Sau daca vinzi produse pentru baby, poti avea un podcast cu povesti pentru copiii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca nu vrei sa o faci, acestea nu sunt singurele metode prin care sa fii alaturi de clientii tai cand nu sunt pe site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca, de exemplu, daca au cumparat odata de la tine, te poti asigura ca ai adaugat in colet si cateva stickere care sa contina, cat de mic, logo-ul firmei tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu zic sa le trimiti un sticker doar cu logo-ul pentru ca, daca nu te cunosc prea bine, e foarte probabil sa il arunce.
