Cel putin nu din prima. Si nu subestima forta mesajelor emotionale &#8211; daca le faci smart, s-ar putea sa mearga mai bine decat te astepti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>EMAIL 2 &#8211; in 24 de ore dupa abandon<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cazul in care nu a fost convins, in cel de-al doilea mail te adresezi obiectiilor lui, ii raspunzi la intrebarile frecvente si ii reamintesti cele mai importante beneficii pe care le oferi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In principiu, pentru a sti ce obiectii rasar in mintea clientilor ar trebui sa ai deja informatii despre ei. Acestea se afla in avatarul de client creat de catre tine, pe baza analizelor, chestionarelor si interviurilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi daca este preocupat de cum o sa foloseasca produsul respectiv, daca este preocupat de pret, de costurile de transport, de servicii aditionale, garantii etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, poti incerca sa urgentezi decizia spunandu-i ca in 24h cosul lui va expira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"4\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>EMAIL 3 &#8211; in 48 de ore dupa abandon \/ max. 72 de ore<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ei bine, daca omul nu a reactionat la prima parte a secventei, inseamna ca foarte probabil si-ar dori sa plateasca un pret mai mic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cel de-al treilea email ofera-i un cod de reducere cu termen limitat. Cel mai sigur ar fi un interval de timp cat mai scurt, maxim 24 de ore, cel mai bine 10-15 minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inainte sa alegi acest al doilea scenariu vreau sa intelegi ceva foarte bine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientii sunt deja obisnuiti sa primeasca un discount in momentul in care abandoneaza un cos. Unii o fac chiar dinadins. Si, pe deasupra, extrem de multe business-uri functioneaza asa, trimit un discount pe email imediat ce clientul a iesit din site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E greu sa concurezi pe acest palier cu o secventa de email (in afara cazului in care majoritatea clientilor tai au intr-adevar nevoie de mai mult timp pana la conversie).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sfatul meu este sa actionezi cat mai rapid. Si cu toate acestea, multi fac asta. Trimit email-uri prin care cer testimoniale dinainte de livrarea comenzii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Sfatul meu, dublat de statistici si testele de la Gomag, e sa automatizezi email-urile pentru review-uri sa se trimita la 5-7 ZILE DUPA CE PRODUSUL AR FI TREBUIT SA AJUNGA, chiar 10-15 in functie de tipul produsului tau si daca omul apuca sa il foloseasca in acest interval.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest interval acopera si posibilitatea in care clientul a comandat vineri iar produsul ii ajunge doar luni-marti.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nu iti face griji ca pierzi momentul de euforie de la finalizarea comenzii. Ideea e sa legi primul produs comandat de produse complementare, accesorii sau alte produse care ar ajuta la completarea experientei clientului pe nisa ta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, daca i-ai vandut un frigider, cu siguranta nu va functiona sa ii recomanzi un alt frigider, mai performant. Email inregistrare client &#8211; Imediat<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa intelegi asta: clientul nu are chiar atat de multa incredere in tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca a facut o prima comanda in site, tot sta cu teama ca il vei insela intr-un fel sau altul &#8211; la pret, la modul in care arata de fapt produsul, la timpul de livrare etc. &#8211; pentru ca foarte probabil a mai avut experiente negative inainte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe de alta parte, daca alegi sa continui comunicarea cu el, sa fii transparent si sa vii in intampinarea nevoilor lui, dramul de incredere de la inceput va creste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O dovada de incredere e si atunci cand alege sa isi faca un cont in site. Email aniversare client &#8211; inainte cu cateva zile de aniversare<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca reusesti sa faci rost de data de nastere a clientului, ai o oportunitate in plus sa il determini sa cumpere.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>INAINTE CU CATEVA ZILE DE ANIVERSARE trimite-i un email cu un cod de discount si spune-i sa isi faca un cadou dintre produsele preferate (adaugi cateva recomandari in email).<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce sa nu trimiti mail-ul chiar de aniversarea clientului?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca orice zi de nastere sau de nume inseamna ca esti ocupat cu primitul urarilor, sau poate dai pizza colegilor, iti inviti prietenii in oras etc. Nu ai timpul necesar sa stai sa gandesti o achizitie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar inainte de aniversare esti in modul de anticipatie, asteptand primele semne, primele urari si cadouri din partea celor pe care ii cunosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu stii cand e aniversarea clientului, improvizeaza. Nu e ca si cum nu le-ar mai placea de tine sau n-ar mai avea incredere in tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pur si simplu atentia lor este impartita in prea multe parti, ca sa iti mai bage in seama mesajele, mai ales daca nu au o nevoie in acel moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa pe tine te va afecta acest comportament. Daca ai prea multi abonati inactivi, orice furnizor de servicii de email va incepe sa iti directioneze mail-urile spre spam sau promotii &#8211; locuri in care sigur nu vrei sa te afli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce faci cu abonatii inactivi? Mentine-le atentia treaza cu newslettere frumoase si relevante, trimise la intervale regulate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform statisticilor, in zilele de marti &#8211; joi mail-urile au o rata mai mare de deschidere. Insa nu te ghida doar dupa statistici pentru a ghici timpul de trimitere. Testeaza si vezi ce functioneaza pentru tine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trimite intotdeauna mail-uri cu A\/B Test. Foloseste-te de optiunile din tool-ul folosit de tine (MailChimp, Active Campaign etc.) pentru a testa subiectele si timpii de trimitere.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu trimite doar oferte si recomandari de produse. Creeaza mail-uri cu poveste, care sa ii faca pe abonatii tai sa simta ceva.
